摘　　要：目的建立质量管理工作流程,实现质量与效率双赢。方法依据《实验室资质认定评审准则》和疾控体系建设要求,对检验工作及质量控制的关键要素等进行流程设计,实行全项工作流程规范化管理。结果质量管理体系持续有效运行,检测能力和水平不断提高。结论实验室流程规范化管理能有效提高现有工作质量和工作效率。Objective To establish the quality management processes,and achieve a win-win of quality and efficiency.Method Based on ＂Laboratory accreditation assessment criteria＂ and the disease control system requirements,inspection and quality control of the key elements of process design and implement standardized management of all key work processes.Results Continued effective operation of quality management system,detection capabilities and level continues to increase.Conclusions Laboratory standardized management processes can effectively improve the quality of existing work and work efficiency.
