福氏志贺氏菌3a型污染水源水引起的细菌性痢疾

摘　　要：对2005年9月2-13日,广西隆安县某中学和某幼儿园出现的发热、呕吐及粘液脓血便症状患者的肛拭308份及饮用水7份进行致病性微生物检测,经血清学及细菌生化学鉴定,从1份水样及16份肛拭中检出3a型福氏志贺氏菌。证实本次腹泻爆发流行为饮用3a型福氏志贺氏菌污染的水源水引起。Detection of pathogenic micro-organisms on total of 308 Rectal swab samples and 7 drinking water samples in a town middle school and a kindergarten which appear Symptoms of fever,vomiting and diarrhea with mucus blood and pus in GuangXi Long＇an county on September 2-13,2005..Through identification of the serum biochemical bacteria,one water sample and 16 rectal swab samples were separated 3a-type Shigella flexneri,Confirmed that the outbreak of diarrhea is cause by the type bacteria of 3a Shigella flexneri.
