海口市甲型H1N1流感感染状况快速血清学调查

摘　　要：目的及时掌握海口市人群甲型H1N1流感感染状况,为评估、研判疫情发展趋势提供信息支持。方法采集医院一般就诊人群及献血人员血清标本,采用血凝抑制(HI)试验方法进行甲型H1N1流感病毒抗体检测,HI抗体滴度≥1:40判为阳性。结果海口市人群甲型H1N1流感病毒抗体阳性率为11.6%;流感抗体水平存在年龄差异,56岁及以上年龄组抗体阳性率明显低于其他年龄组,但性别间无差异;无症状感染者占所有感染者的36.8%。结论甲型H1N1流感已在海口市广泛传播,全人群免疫保护水平有限,有效免疫保护屏障尚未形成。Aim To survey of status of influenza （H1N1） virus infection among population of Haikou City. Methods Serum samples were collected＇from the infekctions and detected by using hemagglutination inhibition （HI） test. Results The positive rate in Haikou City was 1.6%, the antibody levels was lower in age group of over 56 years and than other age groups. There 36.8% of the infections were asymptomatie. Conclusion Influenza A （ H1N1 ） spread widely in Haikou City and the effective immune protection barrier has not yet been formed.
