云南德宏州边境县5年疟疾防治效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价云南德宏州4个边境县疟疾控制措施的效果。方法采用专项调查方式,调查当地疟疾推断发病率、中小学生能够正确回答至少3个与疟疾相关问题的比例、发热病人在症状出现2天内求诊的比例、拥有杀虫剂浸泡蚊帐的家庭比例、网络直报疟疾病人比例情况。结果当地疟疾推断发病率、中小学生能够正确回答至少3个与疟疾相关问题的比例、发热病人在症状出现2天内求诊的比例、拥有杀虫剂浸泡蚊帐的家庭比例、网络直报疟疾病人比例分别从2003年239.44/万、31.97%、34.09%、0.34%和11.80%下降或提高到2007年的36.09/万、95.32%、93.09%、73.78%和68.85%。结论疟疾控制措施效果较为显著。Aim To evaluate the effects of malaria control measures in 4 counties of Dehong Prefecture. Methods Malaria deducible incidence,malaria knowledge including coverage of bed nets in pupils and students and data concerning direct online report of malaria infections in 4 Counties of Dehong were surveyed. Results The local malaria deducible incidence reduced from 239.44/10 000 in 2003 to 36.09/10 000 in 2007,The rate of direct online report of malaria infections infcreased from 11.80% in 2003 to 68.85% in 2007. Conclusion The results of malaria control in Dehong Prefecture was significant. The counties surveyed.
