西部贫困地区农村居民消费支出以及医疗服务需求分析

摘　　要：了解贫困地区农村居民家庭消费支出及医疗服务需求状况,为改善农村地区居民健康水平以及制定疾病防治策略提供依据。方法:将调查家庭按收入分组,分析消费支出及其医疗服务需求弹性。结果:医疗需求收入弹性均小于1;收入水平越低的家庭,医疗费用支出占人均消费性支出的比重越高(χ2=90.209 0,p<0.000 1)。结论:低农民收入水平的家庭将面临更大的的疾病风险和疾病负担,需要加强农民的健康教育,提高健康投资的意识,并且从制度上保障农民的基本医疗需求。Described the consumption expenditure and demand for medical service in countryman among the level countrymen with different incomes so as to promote countryman＇s health level and provide basis for disease control strategies,923 families were selected by using cluster-based sampling method and the subjects were interviewed by using questionnaire.SPSS was used to analyze the data.All the families are divided into 4 groups by per person annual income,and the income elasticity with demand for medical service were compared among the 4 groups.The results show that income elasticity of demand for medical service is weakening（ 1）.There is a growing tendency of rising proportion of medical cost in personal spending.That proportion is higher for the poor than for the rich（χ2=90.209 0,p0.000 1）.It is conclused the families on a low income are confronted with more disease risk and disease burden.The government should strength countryman＇ health education to pay enough attention to the consume of the medical service and guarantee countryman＇ basic medical needs.
