摘 要:分析了FLUENT的用户自定义函数(UDF)的编译过程,提出了一种在集成开发环境中编写和编译UDF的方法。讨论了用面向对象方法(OO)编写UDF的优势和可能性,提出了通过修改VC开发环境选项和在程序中增加宏来实现OO开发。用OO法编程,用户可以使用MFC及其它的库比如Ob jectARX来加快开发过程,并降低开发难度。基于以上方法开发了高压气淬过程的数值模拟软件,FLUENT用于计算气体流场和温度场,以及金属温度场,有限元软件FEPG被FLUENT调用,用于计算金属内部的应力和应变。Compiling processes of FLUENT User Defined Functions(UDF) were analyzed in this paper,and a method to write and compile UDF in software Integrated Development Environment(IDE) was presented.The benefit and probability of developing C++ Object-Oriented(OO) UDF were discussed,and through changing VC++ IDE project options and adding extern "C" macros in programs,a method to develop VC++ OO UDF programs in Microsoft IDE was presented.User defined classes.Microsoft Foundation Class(MFC) libraries and other C and C++ libraries like Object AutoCAD Run-time Classes(ObjextARX) can be used by this way.Using this method,simulation software of high pressure gas quenching system was developed.In this software,FLUENT is used to calculate the flow field of gas and the temperature field of gas and metal,and a Finite Element Method(FEM) software FEPG called by FLUETN is used to calculate the stress and strain of quenched metal.
