摘　　要：目的探讨生长相关蛋白(GAP)-43mRNA的表达与膀胱过度活动症(OAB)发生及发展的关系。方法应用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR),检测32例OAB患者膀胱组织、10例正常膀胱组织和10例因其它原因所致尿频患者膀胱组织中GAP-43mRNA的转录。32例OAB患者中,13例为特发性逼尿肌不稳定(IDI),19例为特发性感觉急迫(SU)。结果在OAB患者膀胱组织中GAP-43mRNA的表达强度较对照组高,两者间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。GAP-43mRNA在不同病程患者膀胱的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 GAP-43mRNA在OAB膀胱中的表达强度较正常膀胱高,提示GAP-43表达与其mRNA稳定性有关,其转录水平调节机制可能在OAB的发病机制起重要作用。阻断GAP-43mRNA的表达可能为OAB的治疗提供新的途径。GAP-43mRNA的表达与病史的长短无关。Objective To evluate the expression of GAP-43 mRNA in the occur and progress of OAB.Methods The expression of GAP-43 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.The clinical data were analyzed.Results GAP-43 mRNA had a more intense expression in bladders from patients with OAB than controls,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The expression of GAP-43 mRNA is not related to course（P0.05）.Conclusion GAP-43 mRNA had a more intense expression in bladders from patients with OAB than controls,it suggest that expression of GAP-43 mRNA related to stability of GAP-43 mRNA.Its regulatory mechanisms on the transcriptin level may play an important role in OAB pathogenesis.Interference the expression of GAP-43 mRNA may provid a new pathway for treating OAB.
