眩晕宁治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价眩晕宁片治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:治疗组纳入60例采用眩晕宁治疗,对照组50例采用倍他司汀片治疗,于治疗前后应用TCD测定脑部平均血流速度,并检查血脂、血流变学。结果:两组治疗前后血流速度,血脂,血流变学测定,眩晕宁组总有效率96.67%,而对照组总有效率78%(P<0.01)。结论:眩晕宁可有效改善脑部血流,降低血脂。Objective：To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Xuanyunning Tablet on treating Cervical vertig.Methods：In therapeutic group（n=60）,using Xuanyunning Tablet and in control group（n=50） Using Beite Siding tablet,Before and after treatment were to determination of the brain mean blood flow velocity using TCD,to observe the lipid and the change of hemorheology index respectively. Results：The total effective rate in therapeutic group was 96.67%（58/60 cases）and in control group was 78%（39/50 cases）.Compared with control group,there was obvious change of hemorheology indexes in therapeutic group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Therapeutic effect of Xuanyunning Tablet is better than that of Belie Siding Tablet in treating.
