张子和吐法及临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨张子和吐法及临床应用。方法:采用文献学研究方法。结果:张从正,字子和,号戴人,所著《儒门事亲》中所用涌吐药约36味,载方9首。吐法亦名撩痰,早在《内经》中既有论述。结论:通过系统梳理张子和吐法的源流至吐法的适应症、应用范围、具体使用的方药、服药方法、探吐方法、吐后产生的作用及处理方法、使用禁忌、作用机理以及吐法的临床应用方面,使其临床价值得以发扬。Objective：To investigate the emetic method and it＇s clinical application of Zhang Zi-he.Methods：To adopt the Philological research method.Results：Zhang Cong-zheng,there are about 36 emetic drugs and 9 prescriptions were used in his book of Ru Men Shi Qin. Emetic method also named ＂Liao tan＂,It has been discussed Already in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor.Conclusion：To promote the clinical value of emetic method through systematical study and clarify of the origin of emetic method of Zhang Zi-he to emetic method indication,application range.the concrete used prescription and drugs,the method of taking medicine,inducing vomiting method,the action after vomiting and it＇s treatment,the use contraindication,the mechanism of action and the clinical application of emetic method.
