联合检测抗DNA酶B及ASO在风湿性心脏病中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:评价抗DNA酶B及抗ASO检测在风湿性心脏病(RHD)中的诊断价值方法:抗DNA酶B及抗ASO两者都采用全自动特定蛋白分析仪速率散射比浊法测定50例风湿性心脏病患者及30例正常对照组抗DNA酶B及抗ASO水平。结果:在风湿性心脏病中ASO阳性率60%;抗DNA酶B阳性率为86%;两者同时检测在风湿性心脏病中阳性率可达92%。在对照组中抗DNA酶B阳性率为6.7%;ASO为10%:两者联合检测的阳性率为13.3%。结论:联合检测抗DNA酶B及ASO可以提高风湿性心脏病的诊断率。Objective：To evaluate the anti-DNA ase-B and anti-ASO test in rheumatic heart disease（RHD） in the diagnosis.Methods： Anti-DNA ase-B and anti-ASO both are based on a specific protein analyzer automatic rate nephelometry Determination 50 cases of rheumatic heart disease patients and 30 normal controls anti-DNA ase-B and anti-ASO level.Results：In patients with rheumatic heart disease in the ASO- positive rate of 60%;anti-DNA ase-B-positive rate was 86%;detection in patients with rheumatic heart disease with both positive rates of up to 92%.In the control group of anti-DNA ase-B-positive rate of 6.7%：ASO was 10%;two joint detection of the positive rate of 13.3%.Conclusion： The combined detection of anti-DNA ase-B and ASO can improve the diagnostic rate of rheumatic heart disease.
