食管-气管联合导气管在临床紧急救治中的应用和护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管-气管联合导气管经口插管在临床急救中应用及操作护理流程。方法:回顾分析85例紧急建立人工气道病例,根据采用的不同插管方式分为食管-气管联合导气管经口插管组(ETC组)、喉镜引导下经口气管插管组(对照组),分别对两组的准备时间、操作时间和一次插管成功率进行比较。结果:ETC组与对照组比较,插管准备时间无统计学意义(P>0.05),操作时间和一次插管成功率均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),护理人员操作和医生操作的成功率均为100%。结论:食管-气管联合导气管插管快速、成功率高、易掌握,护理人员熟练掌握食管-气管联合导气管插管操作护理流程,可有效的缩短插管时间,提高救治的成功率。Objective：To discuss the application and nursing care of the endotracheal intubation methods by use of esophageal tracheal combitube in emergency treatment.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed 85 emergency setting up artificial airway cases,according to different endotracheal intubation methods,divided into the esophageal tracheal combitube group（group ETC） and direct laryngoscope group（group control）.Compare the prepare time,operate time and one-time success rate of intubation.Results：It showed statistical significant differences in operate times and the one time success rate of intubation between the group ETC and group control（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,but no significant difference in the prepare times（P〉0.05）.Concluslon：The orotracheal intubation by esophageal tracheal eomhitube is quick,accurate rate highly, easy to learn.Nurses master the operation and nursing skills can decrease the intubation time and increase the success rate of rescue effectively.
