摘　　要：目的:了解我院住院患者免疫增强剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:利用我院处方评价系统收集1573例住院患者免疫增强剂的使用情况,按照年龄、各科室药物使用率、药物销售金额等进行统计分析。结果:(15～44)岁年龄组免疫增强剂使用率最高,使用率为35.35%;结核科在所有科室中使用率最高,使用率为88%;1/3的免疫增强剂药品使用率高而价格偏低。结论:我院免疫增强剂的使用基本合理。Objective： To investigate the utilization of immunostimulants for reference of clinical rational drug use.Methods：Use the prescription evaluation system in our hospital to collect 1573 cases of inpatients for statistical analysis according to age,the departments of drug usage, drug sales and other.Results：In （15-44） group,usage of immunostimulants was the highest,was 35.35%.and TB Section of the highest rates in all departments,was 88%. 1/3 of immunostimulants usage rates were high and prizes were low.Conclusion：The utilization of immunostimulants in our hospital was basically rational.
