摘　　要：目的:对鲜品和干品鱼腥草中鱼腥草素化学成分进行研究。方法:用乙醚分别提取鲜品和干品鱼腥草,采用快速硅胶柱进行色谱分离,经TLC、MS鉴定化合物。结果:从中分离得到癸酰乙醛(鱼腥草素)和甲基正壬酮。结论:鱼腥草素不稳定,易于转化为甲基正壬酮。Objective：To study decanoyI acetaldehyde from the fresh and dry of Houttuynia cordata.Metbods：The fatty oil from the fresh and dry of Houttuynia cordata was extracted with ethylether：The fatty oil was isolated and purified by fast silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by means of TLC,MS.Results：Decanoyl acetaldehyde, methyl nonyl ketone were elucidated. Conclusion：Decanoyl acetaldehyde was Translated into methyl nonyl ketone easily.
