高效液相色谱法测定止痒酊中蛇床子素含量

摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法测定止痒酊中蛇床子素含量。方法:采用Hedera ODS-3柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为322nm。结果:蛇床子素的检测浓度在(2.144～137.2)μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为101.00%,RSD=1.82%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法简便易行,结果准确,重现性好,可用于测定止痒酊中蛇床子素含量。Objective：To establish a method for the determination of osthol in Antipruritic Tincture by HPLC.Methods：The Hedera ODS-3 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used, methanol-water（70：30） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 322 nm.Results：The linear range of osthol was（2.14±137.2） μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 101.00%,and RSD was 1.82%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the content determination of osthol in Antipruritic Tincture.
