摘  要:在确定了喷焊工艺参数的情况下,对3种不同成分配比的氧-乙炔火焰粉末喷焊层进行了高温磨损试验,并与盐浴淬火件对比。通过对试验结果和试件的金相显微组织分析,获得耐高温磨损喷焊层的最佳材料组分。研究结果可为正确应用这些强化工艺提供依据。Under the fixed parameters of spray welding process, the high temperature wear test was carried out for three different chemical compositions of oxyacetylene spray welding powder coating. After compared with the work piece quenched by salt water, the optimum compound of spray welding coating is found by the analysis of experimental results and microstructure of the testing block. The analysis indicates that the high temperature wearability can be improved by adding compound powders of F5010 and Al 2O 3 into the self melting alloy powder NiCrBSi. This achievement of research supports the proper application of this strengthening technology in practice.
