摘 要:在文献[1]的基础上,引入影响联接机械性能的各种因素,导出了更为切合实际的胶接—过盈轴毂联接设计计算方法。文中特别就联接所受的典型载荷谱对联接的影响进行了较为深入的理论分析,得出了载荷折算系数,类似地用试验分析方法分别得到了材料系数、联接配合类型系数、配合表面尺寸系数。Gluing shrink axle hub connecting is an advanced axle hub connecting method that is not only better than traditional key connecting but also higher than the shrink fit axle hub connecting. A more feasible design counting method is made out in this paper on the base of reference that is related to the design standards of pure glue joint axle hub connecting. The influence of the loading spectrum on the connecting is also analyzed and the loading conversion coefficients are given. The material coefficient, connecting fit kind coefficient, fitting face size coefficient, working and hot fitting temperature coefficients are presented from experimental results.
