50例高龄产妇的妊娠特点分析

摘　　要：目的:对高龄产妇的妊娠特点进行临床分析。方法:我院2009年1月～2009年12月期间分娩的50例高龄产妇,同时50例非高龄产妇,对两组的临床资料进行分析。结果:高龄组与非高龄组的分娩方式和学历构成、妊娠并发症、分娩期并发症、围生期婴儿情况相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:随着高龄产妇增加,对高龄产妇应该特别注意监护,以保证产妇的安全。Objective： Clinical analysis has been done on cyophoric characteristics among elder parturient. Methods：The comparisons were done among fifty elder parturients and fifty normal parturients from January 2009 to December 2009. Results：The differences between the two groups are significantly in academic composition, pregnancy complications, birth complications and infant condition in the period of peripartum（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：With the increase of elder parturients, special attention should be paid to eider parturients, in order to ensure safety of elder puerperas.
