糖脉康颗粒治疗2型糖尿病68例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖脉康颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:68例2型糖尿病患者随机分为二组(治疗组38例和对照组30例),治疗组在对照组的基础上加用糖脉康颗粒治疗,疗程为2个月,观察治疗前后两组患者相关指标的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后,治疗组中医症状积分显著低于治疗前,治疗前后差值优于对照组,组间比较差异有显著性,且疗效治疗组优于对照组(P均<0.01)。血糖两组治疗后均明显下降,低血糖发生率治疗组低于对照组,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),胰岛素用量治疗组治疗后用量显著下降(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:中药糖脉康颗粒治疗2型糖尿病,在良好控制血糖的基础下,可减少低血糖的发生率和胰岛素的用量。Objective： To observe the effect of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus treated by tangmaikang granule. Methods：Totally 68 cases of type 2 Diabetes Mellints were randomly assigned into two groups： treatment group and control group. The treatment group had 38 cases and the control group had 30 cases. At the base of control group, tangrnaikang granule was added to treatment group, the course lasted for two months. To observe the difference of both groups after the treatment. Results：Alter the treatment of both groups, the Chinese medical symptoms of the treatment group were lower than before treatment,the difference of the trea^nent group was better than control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P（0.01）. The eflbct of treatment group was better than control group. There were significant reductions of blood glucose in both groups, but the hypoglycemia of treatment group was less than control group.There was difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The dose of insulin of treatment group was obviously reduction （P（0.01）but there was not obviously difference in the control group（P〉0.05）.Conelusion：The Chinese medicine, that was tangmaikang granule, could treat type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and could reduce hypoglycemia and the dose of insulin at the base of controlled blood glucose.
