缬沙坦与氨氯地平联用对高血压病患者左心室肥厚的逆转作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平对高血压病导致的左室肥厚的逆转作用。方法:入选原发性高血压患者292例,随机分为2组,一组给予氨氯地平,另一组给予缬沙坦加氨氯地平口服治疗,观察治疗12个月后血压水平及反映左室壁厚度指标IVST、PWT、LVMI之间的差异。结果:缬沙坦加氨氯地平组在收缩压、舒张压降低水平与单用氨氯地平组之间未见显著差异,而缬沙坦加氨氯地平组IVST、PWT、LVMI降低较单用氨氯地平组有显著差异。结论:缬沙坦加氨氯地平联合治疗原发性高血压可以有效逆转左室肥厚,减少心肌细胞纤维化,保护心功能。Objective： To investigate the reverse effect of vatsartan combined with amlodipine on left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension. Methods： 292 patients with essential hypertension were randomized into two groups： one group were treated with amlodipine, the other were treated with amlodipine and valsartan. After 12 months follow-up, the blood presser level and IVST, PWT, LVMI,which were the marks of left ventricular post wall thickness, were reevaluated. Results：There were no obvious difference between the two groups in SBP, DBP, however, there were significant difference in levels of IVST, PWT, LVMI between two groups.Conclusion： The treatment of valsartan combined with amlodipine can effectively reverse LVH in patients with essential hypertension, reduce cardiac myocyte fibrosis and protect heart function.
