摘　　要：目的:探讨匹多莫德治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法:60例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分成2组各30例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用匹多莫德分散片,对比两组患儿治愈的时间。结果:治疗组患儿治愈时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德可以明显缩短喘息性支气管炎的疗程,具有一定临床应用价值。Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of pidotimed in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods： 60 children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into study group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The control group received general treatment; the study group was treated with pidotimod additionally. The healing time was compared between the two groups. Results：The healing time of study group is shorter than the control one（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Pidotimod can shorten the course of illness and has application value on children with asthmatic bronchitis.
