优生宁Ⅲ号对先兆流产模型大鼠内分泌水平影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨优生宁Ⅲ号治疗先兆流产的作用机理及其对孕鼠内分泌的影响;方法:采用米非司酮建立的先兆流产动物模型;结果:优生宁Ⅲ号高剂量组与正常妊娠组对比在孕酮、雌二醇、绒毛膜促性腺激素、泌乳素和孕激素受体及孕激素受体mRNA阳性率上,存在显著差异(P<0.01);结论:本方能够提高孕酮等四种激素在机体内的含量,增加孕激素受体及其mRNA阳性率的表达,为正常妊娠的继续提供良好的内环境,从而达到很好的防治先兆流产、维持正常妊娠的作用。Objective： To investigate the Youshengning NO.3, the mechanism of treatment of threatened abortion and its impact on pregnant rats endocrine effects; Methods：The establishment of threatened abortion with mifepristone animal model; Results：Youshengning NO.3, high-dose group and normal pregnancy Contrasting the two groups in the progesterone, estradiol, human chorionic gonadotropin, prolactin and progesterone receptor and progesterone receptor mRNA-positive rate, the existence of significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusions：This side can increase progesterone four kinds of hormones in the body such as the levels increase in progesterone receptor and its mRNA expression positive rate for a normal pregnancy to continue to provide a good internal environment ,so as to achieve good control of threatened abortion, the role of the maintenance of normal pregnancy.
