紫外分光光度法测定滴鼻液中洗必泰和麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:观察紫外分光光度法测定滴鼻液中醋酸洗必泰和盐酸麻黄碱的含量的精确度。方法:以水为溶剂,在232.6nm,257.1nm波长处测定。结果:复方醋酸洗必泰滴鼻液中醋酸洗必泰和盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率分别是97.5%和98.1%,RSD分别是0.62%和0.44%。结论:此方法简单快速,准确可靠。Objective：To measure the content of chlorhexidine acetate and ephedrine hydrochloride in nosal drops by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Methods：Water was used as the solvent.The detection was perfomed at the wavelength of 232.6 nm and 257.1 nm.Results：In Compound Chlorhexidine Acetate Nasal Drops the average recoveries of chlorhexidine acetate and ephedrine were 97.5% and 98.1%,RSD 0.62% and 0.44% respectively.Conclusion：This method is simple,fast,accurate and reliable.
