摘　　要：目的:总结急性肾损伤的超声检查方法,评价其临床应用价值。方法:对150例急性肾损伤患者作急诊B超检查,并在手术治疗及保守治疗住院期间,动态观察超声图像,分析急性肾损伤临床类型与影像学的关系。结果:150例急性肾损伤超声检查与临床诊断符合,无误诊与漏诊。结论:急性肾损伤进行急诊B超检查是一种安全、高效的诊断手段。Objective：To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of B-mode ultrasound for acute renal trauma.Methods：150 acute renal trauma patiens were performed critical ultrasound exam,and also dynamic ultrasound imaging in operatingting room or conservative treating were observed.The clinical styles of acute renal trauma were compared with ultrasound imaging.Results：The acute renal trauma imagings were accorded with clinical diagnosis in 150 cases,without misdiagnosis.Conclusion：The critical B ultrasound is a safe and effective method for the acute renal trauma patients.
