摘　　要：目的探讨闭合穿钉或小切口微创应用弹性髓内钉对儿童桡骨颈骨折的治疗效果。方法自2005年11月—2008年6月采用此技术治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折19例。结果 19例患儿均获随访,随访时间6～14个月,两例出现5°～10°的再倾斜,17例保持解剖复位,无切口感染,无肘关节活动受限等并发症。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折具有创伤小、固定牢固、不伤骨骺、不损伤髓内血运等优点。Objective To explore the efficacy of using flexible intramedullary radial neck fractures of children through a closed or minimally invasive way. Methods nails to cure From November 2005 to June 2008, we employed this technique to treat radial neck fractures of children in 19 cases. Results We followed up all the 19 patients for 6 to 14 months. Two children had 5° - 10°tilt, the other 17 maintained anatomic reduction. Neither inflection of incisions nor such complications as limitation of elbow happened. Conclusion Application of flexible intramedullary nails to cure radial neck fractures of children has such advantages as slight trauma, solid fixation, no injury of epiphysis, no injury of intramedullary blood flow and so on.
