摘  要:用浸胚法将玉米核DNA导入小麦,从转化后的D_2代和D_3代10多种变异中筛选出矮秆(株高55cm)优质(籽粒蛋白质含量比对照提高2%、赖氨酸含量提高0.05%)和早熟(比对照早熟5~8天)两个新品系,并能稳定遗传.经对供体、受体和转化后代进行RAPD和POD同工酶分析,证明供体DNA片段已进入受体并导致DNA重组,使后代基因组发生了变异.A new strain was selected for its good dwarf quality with 55 cm of plant height and 2% protein content and 0. 05% lysine content higher than that of the control in the grains, another new one matured five to eight days earlier than the control. Selection was done in the more than ten kinds of variations of the transformed pedigree D2 and D3 through the introduction of maize nuclear DNA into wheat by means of embryo soaking, and the two new strains can inherit stabely. The donor, recepter and their pedigree were analysed for their RAPD and POD isozyme, which showed the introduction of the donor DNA into the receptor caused DNA recombination and therefore caused the variation of the offspring genome.
