摘　　要：目的探讨舒血宁所致不良反应的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索1998-2009年国内医药学期刊报道应用舒血宁所致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果舒血宁所致ADR临床主要表现为皮肤及其附件、过敏反应、全身性、消化及呼吸系统的损害。结论临床应重视舒血宁的不良反应,坚持合理用药。Objective To discuss the characteristics of the ADRs from shuxuening so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic. Methods ADRs to shuxuening in 17 cases,reported in domestic medical journals from 1998～2009,were collected and analyzed.Resulits The adverse reaction were mainly manifested as allergic reactions and symptoms in digestive system and breathing system.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the ADRs of shuxuening and rationally use the preparation.
