摘　　要：本文在总结国外信息管线建设经验的基础上，结合上海市信息港信息管线的建设，初步探索了我国信息时代的地下空间开发利用，对上海市信息港信息管线的建设，提出了“共建与开发利用”的构想，并完成了相应的规划方案。Based on experiences of information pipeline construction both abroad and in Shanghai,the development and utilizaton of underground space in information ages were investigated and suggestions on “joint construction with development and utilization” and planning for construction of information pipelines in Shanghai were presented.
