摘　　要：本文介绍上海地下空间利用现状，分析其格局形成的历史原因；通过会议调查，分析上海市地下空间的客观需求和当前存在的问题，指出当前存在的主要矛盾为巨大的客观需求与有限的又缺乏科学规划的开发间的矛盾、城市发展目标与地下空间不足的矛盾；针对上述矛盾，提出解决办法，尤其是对地下空间开发的融资与回报问题进行大胆的探讨。The present situation of utilization of underground space in Shanghai was presented and the history of its laying out was studied.Through discussions on meetings,the needs and problems in utilization of undergroud place in Shanghai at present were analysed.The contradictions between great demand and limited development in addition of irrational planning,the goal of urban development and shortage of underground space were pointed out.Some suggestions on solving such problems were presented and the problems of raising funds and their returns were discussed.
