异种金属CO_2气体保护焊接头的组织与性能研究

摘  要:研究了采用CO2气体保护焊方法焊接异种金属紫铜-低碳钢、紫铜-不锈钢、低碳钢-不锈钢的可行性,并利用扫描电镜、光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、拉伸试验机等分析测试手段,对获得接头的显微组织结构、化学成分、断口特征、力学性能等进行了系统分析研究。结果表明,在试验条件下,获得接头焊缝表面成形良好,界面连接处未发现有微裂纹、夹渣和未熔合等焊接缺陷,接头力学性能可满足实际使用要求。The feasibility of carbon-dioxide arc welding was investigated when dissimilar metals such as copper-carbon steel,copper-stainless steel,carbon steel-stainless steel were taken as base materials.The microstructure,chemical compositions,fracture-graphs and mechanical properties,etc,of welded joints were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),tensile test machine,etc.The results show that the weld appearance of the welded joint is better,and no weld defects such as micro-crack,slag inclusion and lack of fusion,etc,can be found in bonding interface of the welded joint.The mechanical properties of the welded joint can meet the request of engineering application.
