摘　　要：目的探讨盆腹部促纤维组织增生性小圆细胞瘤(DSRCT)的CT特征。方法回顾性分析6例经病理证实的盆腹部DSRCT的临床及CT资料,并结合文献复习分析其CT表现。结果6例盆腹部DSRCT的CT表现可分三种类型:①腹膜单发或多发肿块型3例,表现为腹膜腔内单发或多发肿块,密度不均匀,内可见小斑点状钙化;②腹膜弥漫增厚型1例,表现为腹膜弥漫不规则增厚,无明确肿块或结节形成;③腹膜后或盆腹腔脏器源性单发或多发肿块2例,表现为腹膜后或腹腔脏器原发性肿块,形态不规则,密度不均匀,内可见小斑点状、斑片状钙化。结论盆腹部促纤维组织增生性小圆细胞瘤CT表现多样,不易与其他盆腹部病变相鉴别。Objective To investigate the CT characteristics of desmoplastic small round cell tumor （DSRCT） occurring in abdomen and pelvis. Methods Clinical data and CT images of 6 patients with DSRCT whose lesions occurring in abdomen and pelvis were retrospectively analyzed in combination with literature review. Results According to the CT manifestations, DSRCT could be divided into three types： （1）Peritoneal soft tissue mass （single or multiple, n= 3）, characteristiced with single or multiple tumors in the peritoneal cavity, inhomogeneity, with calcification; （2）Diffuse irregular peritoneal thickening type, without any distinguishable peritoneal masses （n= 1） ; （3）Soft tissue mass originated from organs of the abdomen （pelvis） or retroperitoneal, irregular mass, inhomogeneity with punctate or patchy calcification （n= 2）. Conclusion CT manifestations of the DSRCT occurring in the abdomen and pelvis are variety, and are indistinguishable from other diseases.
