摘　　要：研究医院高层病房楼建筑的发展趋势与护理单元平面布局的演变，提出其设计的基本原则，以重庆医科大学附属第一医院外科大楼设计为例。This is a study of the vicissitudes of the developmental trend and the layout of medical care units. It discusses basic design principles and tells how the author applies such principles in the design of the surgical mansion of No.1 Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.
