摘 要:本文通过对青海玉树7.1级地震及两年前汶川"5·12"8.0级巨震的初步分析,研究了灾后重建的源于城市与建筑安全设计的社会经济可持续发展要点。一次比一次巨大且复杂的灾难令人刻骨铭心,但它更昭示人类,下一次灾难降临城市该如何应对。无数灾例说明,越是现代化程度高的城市越有必要发问是否进行了安全设计,只有从系统化与灾难周期全过程的视角去把握灾难对策(技术与文化、自然与人为、社会与经济、心理与生理、职业与责任等)才真正有望形成一个与和谐社会趋于一致的城乡建设的安全环境与可保障空间。Based on the analysis about the Yushu grade 7.1 earthquake and the Wenchuan 5.12 grade 8.0 earthquake, the paper explores for the essential principles for the architectural safety design and social sustainable development for the reconstruction after the severe calamity. The calamities, one after another, more and more severe, not only give us unforgettable memory, but also alert us how to handle it when the next calamity comes. Numerous calamities prove that modernized cities should pay much attention on safety design. Only the systematic and all-progress view on the calamity strategy (technology and culture, nature and man behavior, society and economy, psychology and physiology, profession and responsibility) can build a safe environment and protectable space for city construction.
