摘 要:通过皂化对磷化膜进行了后处理,研究了皂化的机理及对磷化膜性能的影响.采用X射线衍射法(XRD)对皂化膜的组成进行了表征,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了膜的表面形貌及膜层厚度,接触角的测定考察了水对膜的润湿程度.并用硫酸铜点滴法和电化学方法对皂化处理前后样品的耐腐蚀性进行了比较.Phosphate coatings on a spring steel were further saponificated for post-sealing.The mechanism of saponification and its influence on the properties of phosphate coatings were investigated.The saponificated films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The wetting characteristics of the samples surface were evaluated by contact angles which was measured with a contact angle instrument JC-2000C.The anticorrosion property was examined by drop test of cupric sulfate and polarization curves.
