摘  要:目的:检测miR-376c与miR-210在子痫前期患者与正常孕妇胎盘组织中的表达差异。方法:选取剖宫产分娩的产妇,其中轻度子痫前期患者8例(mPE组),重度子痫前期患者15例(sPE组),正常妊娠妇女11例(对照组),收集其胎盘组织。通过实时定量RT-PCR(realtimeRT-PCR)技术检测胎盘组织中miR-376c与miR-210的表达水平。结果:miR-376c与miR-210在子痫前期患者的胎盘组织中均存在异常表达。miR-376c在mPE与sPE组表达量均降低,分别为对照组表达水平的0.57倍(P<0.05)与0.50倍(P<0.05);miR-210在mPE组表达量降低,而在sPE组表达增高,分别为正常对照组表达水平的0.53倍(P<0.05)与2.91倍(P<0.05)。结论:miR-376c与miR-210的表达异常可能参与了子痫前期的发生和病理生理过程。Objective:The expression of miR-376c and miR-210 in placentas from preeclamptic pregnancies and normal pregnancy were investigated.Methods:Placentas were obtained during elective cesarean section from patients with mild preeclampsia(mPE,n=8),severe preeclampsia(sPE,n=15)and normal pregnancy(control group,n=11).The miR-376c and miR-210 expression were assessed by real time RT-PCR.Results:The expression of miR-376c and miR-210 were abnormal in the placentas of preeclamptic pregnancy.miR-376c was down regulated in mPE(0.57-fold)and sPE groups(0.50-fold)than control group.miR-210 was down regulated in mPE group(0.53-fold)and up regulated in sPE group(2.91-fold)compared with control group.Conclusions:The abnormal expression of miR-376c and miR-210 might involved in the generation and pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
