摘　　要：目的:探索应用自体单株毛囊种植修复眉毛部分缺损的效果。方法:对35例女性患者,采用枕后安全区头皮,制成毛干长1cm的单株移植物,利用针头穿刺打孔将毛发移植到缺损处以修复形态,为了使形态协调一致,每侧眉毛中部种植30～40根毛发。结果:植入毛发生长良好,方向形态满意,移植毛发成活率在90%以上。结论:自体单株毛囊移植修复眉毛部分缺损是一个适宜的方法。Objective To explore the effect of the transplantation of hair with intact follicle on partial defect eyebrow reconstruction.Methods The scalps strips from the safe donor area of 35 female patients were taken and made into 1cm long hair with intact follicle.The needle of syringe was used to transplant the hair to designed eyebrow area.Thirty to 40 hairs were transplanted to the middle part of the eyebrow for each side.Results The hairs transplanted grew well.The direction was satisfied.The survival rate of hair was more than 90%.Conclusion It is feasible to restore the partial eyebrow defect by hair transplantation with intact follicular
