摘　　要：目的:总结复杂性颅颌面(CMF)骨折的治疗方法,以提高临床治疗水平。方法:23例复杂性颅颌面(CMF)骨折的患者采用头皮冠状切口、下睑缘切口及口内前庭沟切口入路,充分显露所有骨折部位。按照由外而内,先上下再中间,功能与形态并重的原则进行骨折的解剖复位,钛板坚固内固定。结果:手术切口均一期愈合,所有患者面部畸形得到明显改善,张口度和咬合关系恢复正常,X线片显示骨折处对位良好。结论:复杂性颅颌面骨折病情危重、类型复杂。熟知各区域的解剖功能特点、合理设计手术方案,方可最大程度地改善外形,恢复功能。Objective To investigate the therapeutic methods in the complex cranio-maxillo-facial（CMF） fracture,and to improve clinical treament.Methods 23 case with complex CMF fracture were reviewed,the coronal and subcillary incisions and intro-oral vestibular groove approach were employed to expose all the fractured sites,and fractures were reducted and fixed by titanium plate.Results All the incisions were primary healing.All cases had been restored with normal face profile and good occlusion relationship and gape dim.Fractures showed good contraposition on X-rays.Conclusion Pathogenetic condition of complex cranio-maxillo-facial fracture is serious.The facial appearance and function can be greatly improved by the understanding of the anatomical characteristics of the different functional parts and reasonable operative plan.
