环形切除钉合术与传统外剥内扎术治疗痔的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的对痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(procedure for proplapse and hemorrhoids,PPH)和传统外剥内扎术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度内痔与混合痔的疗效进行对比分析。方法采用对照研究,将100例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度内痔及混合痔患者随机分成PPH组和传统外剥内扎术组,每组50例。对两组手术时间、疼痛持续时间、住院时间、术后并发症、住院费用以及疗效进行比较。结果PPH组的手术时间、疼痛持续时间、住院时间、术后并发症均低于传统外剥内扎组,而PPH组的住院总费用高于传统手术组。结论PPH是一种治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ度内痔和混合痔安全有效的方法。Objective To compare the outcome of procedure for proplapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） and milligan-morgan procedure. Methods One hundred cases of the Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree internal and mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly devided into PPH group（n=50） and milligan-morgan procedure group（n=50） to compare their opernating time,postoperative pain,length of hospital stay,hospital fees,postoperative complications and efficacy. Results Operation time,postoperative pain,length of hospital stay,postoperative complications in PPH group were lower than those in milligan-morgan procedure group,while hospital fee on the contrary. Conclusions PPH is a safe and effective treatment in the management of the Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree internal and mixed hemorrhoids.
