摘 要:从焊接效率、焊缝质量和力学性能等方面,比较了双丝和单丝MIG焊接机器人对铝型材焊接的适用性。对于焊接4V坡VI型材,双丝比单丝焊接的焊丝熔化效率提高近1倍,而焊接热输入量降低了约18%,保护气体用量节约33%,焊缝抗拉强度提高约10~15MPa,非常适合轨道车辆中的长直焊缝的焊接。另一方面,双丝自动焊接机器人对操作者和设备本身要求更高,目前在轨道车辆行业普及程度并不高。因此,双丝取代单丝焊接仍需要一个长期的过程。Compared double-wire with single-wire MIG welding robot from aspects of welding efficiency, weld quality and weld mechanical property. As far as welding of 4V profile was concerned, the efficiency of double-wire wel-ding was 100% more than that of single-wire, welding input reduced for 180%, amount of shielding gas saved for 33 %, and strength was improved by 10~15 MPa. Therefor, double-wire welding is suitable for long and straight welding in railway field. On the other hand, double-wire welding robot required higher level for operator and equipment, so it is not employed universally, and it takes a long process for double-wire welding to replace single-wire welding.
