摘  要:对在用户锻造加工后的50CrMo4钢出现内部裂纹缺陷的原因进行了分析,找出了内部裂纹产生的原因是由于交货钢材在生产过程中缓冷效果不良,钢材内外组织和性能不均匀差异,并且用户锻造加热时加温速度过快造成的,并提出了解决的措施。. This paper simply analyzed reason of internal crack in hot rolled round bars 50CrMo4 produced by BOF→ LF+RH→CC of rectangular section→800/650mm mill in BX Steel Coorperation. Quality of 50CrMo4 bars was found to fit the standards, but the process of heat treatment was not well done. Organization and properties in the section of the bars were very different, and the bars were heated very quickly when they were forged. Improving measures were suggested.
