补肾活血方对老年肾虚血瘀证患者CD11b/CD18、Bcl-2/Bax表达的影响

摘　　要：目的通过测定外周血粒细胞CD11b/CD18、Bcl-2/Bax等表达的变化,探讨补肾活血方治疗老年肾虚血瘀证患者的作用机制。方法60例老年肾虚血瘀证患者被随机分为两组,30例使用补肾活血方治疗,30例为对照组,通过流式细胞仪和图象分析系统,观察外周血粒细胞粘附分子CD11b/CD18、凋亡相关基因Bcl-2/Bax、血小板聚集率、D-二聚体、CD62p、PAC-1的表达变化。结果补肾活血方可使老年肾虚血瘀证患者CD11b/CD18表达下降(P<0.01),Bcl-2/Bax表达提升(P<0.01),血小板聚集率、D-二聚体、CD62p、PAC-1表达下降(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血方对老年肾虚血瘀证患者的粘附分子CD11b/CD18、凋亡基因Bcl-2/Bax有调节作用,对微循环状态具有一定的改善作用,这可能是其作用机制之一。Objective To study the effect of Kidney-Tonifying plus Blood-Promoting Recipe on the expression of CD11b/CD18 and Bcl-2/Bax in elderly patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty elderly patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomized into two groups.Patients in the treatment group received Kidney-Tonifying plus Blood-Promoting Recipe,and those in the control group receive no treatment.The expression of CD11b/CD18,Bcl-2/Bax,D-Dimeride,CD62p,PAC-I and the rate of platelet aggregation in peripheral blood leukocytes before and after the treatment were examined using flow cytometry in both groups.Results The Recipe significantly decreased the levels of CD11b/CD18,D-Dimeride,CD62p,PAC-I and the rate of platelet aggregation （P0.01）,and increased the levels of Bcl-2/Bax （P0.01）.Conclusion Kidney-Tonifying plus Blood-Promoting Recipe regulates CD11b/CD18 and Bcl-2/Bax expression in blood leukocytes and improves microcirculatory status,which can be one of the mechanisms underlying its therapeutic effect in elderly patients.
