摘　　要：目的探讨有限开窗式手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法采用有限开窗的方法行腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗85例，男性35例，女性50例，患者年龄18—62岁，平均36岁。随访时间3个月至3年，平均随访212天，采用中华骨科学会脊柱学组腰背痛手术评分标准进行评估。结果显示优良率为95．06%，症状及体征与术前有显著性差异。结论有限开窗式手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定，而且有损伤小、时间短、恢复快、费用低、安全。疗效好等优点。Objective To study therapeutic effect of limited fenestration in the treantment of lumbar disc herniantion. Methods 85 patients with lumbar disc herniantion were treated with Limited fenestration o The average duration of follow-up was 212 days （3-36 months）. The average age was 36 years（18-62 years）. There were 35 male and SO female patients in 85 cases. Results 95.06 % were evaluated good. Conclusion Limited fenestration can be used to treat lumbar disc herniantion. It has advantages of less trauma,early revovery,less cost, safety and excellent effect.
