摘　　要：目的：探讨创伤闭合性胭动脉损伤的机制、特点及CT血管成像在其诊断、指导治疗中的应用价值。方法：对我院2002年7月～2008年9月进行CT血管成像检查确诊有胭动脉损伤的13例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：CT血管成像检查能准确判断动脉损伤的程度、部位及侧支循环情况。12例行手术治疗，手术探查发现：动脉断裂3例，不完全断裂7例，内膜损伤2例，合并血栓形成4例，均行手术治疗。其中端端吻合10例，直接修补1例，静脉移植1例，伴取栓术4例。受损动脉术后血流通畅、血运正常。1例cT血管成像显示侧支循环良好者行保守治疗，随访无功能异常表现。结论：CT血管成像是诊断闭合性胭动脉损伤的准确方法，能判断有无损伤及其程度，对临床可疑胭动脉损伤者应及时行CT血管成像检查。Objective To investigate the mechanism, clinical feature, and treatment of closed popliteal artery injury .To assess the value of CT angiography applied in clinical and diagnosis. Methods To retrospectively analyze 13 closed popliteal artery injury cases were diagnosed with CTA in our hospital from July 2002 to September 2008. Results CTA could determinate the severity and exact location of closed arterial rupture. 12 patients were treated with surgery, the surgical exploration found complete-breaking in 3 cases, incomplete-breaking in 7 cases, and inner-membrane injury in 2 cases, with end-to-end anastomosis in 10 cases, primary repair in 1 cases, saphenous vein transplantation in 1 cases.After the operation the blood circulation was unobstructed and normal. Function were normal in the 1 case. Conclusions CTA is a valuable toot for diagnosis popliteal artery injury, it should be used timely to exam suspicious vascular injury cases.
