摘　　要：目的：探讨以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜的临床表现及诊治体会。方法：回顾性分析我院2004年5月～2009年4月收治的62例以腹痛为首发症状的儿童过敏性紫癜发病特点及治疗经验。结果：腹痛为首发症状的过敏性紫癜，腹痛不固定，早期易误诊。62例全部治愈，治愈率100％。结论：儿童过敏性紫癜在发生皮肤紫癜前可先有腹痛等表现，易导致误诊，以激素为主的综合治疗效果良好。Objective To explore the abdominal pain as initial symptom of children with Henoch purpura Clinical manifestations and diagnosis and treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in May 2004- April 2009 to 62 cases admitted with abdominal pain as initial symptom of children with Henoch purpura features and treatment experience. Results Abdominal pain as the first symptom of allergic purpura, abdominal pain is not fixed, early misdiagnosed, 62 cases were cured, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusions Children, Henoch-Schonlein purpura skin and purpura in the event of date before the first, abdominal pain, performance, easily lead to misdiagnosis, with hormone-based comprehensive treatment good results.
