混合痔术后应用除湿止痒液薰洗坐浴的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察混合痔术后应用除湿止痒液薰洗坐浴的效果。方法：将200例混合痔术后病人随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例。两组病人均在采用常规治疗的基础上，观察组加用除湿止痒液薰洗坐浴，对照组加用1：5000的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，观察术后肿胀、疼痛、出血、瘙痒、伤口愈合时间等情况。结果：观察组临床效果优于对照组，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：应用除湿止痒液薰洗坐浴能显著改善局部血液循环。有抑茵、消炎、止痛、止血、利湿、止痒、消肿、促进伤口愈合的作用。Objective To observe the efficacy of the application ChuShiZhiYangXiYe with embalm washing and hip bath in treating Mixed hemorrhoids patients after operation. Methods 200 cases of Mixed hemorrhoids patients after operation were divided into the control group （100 cases） and the observation group （100 cases） randomly, both groups were gave conventional treatment, observation group apply ChuShiZhiYangXiYe with embalm washing and hip bath, control group apply the 1：5000 potassium permanganate solution with Hip Bath, observing the condition of edema, pain, bleeding after operation and wound healing time, and so on. Results The Clinical efficacy of observation group is superior to that of control group, there were significant differences （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of ChuShiZhiYangXiYe with embalm washing and hip bath can significant improve the local blood circulation, has the effect of bacteriostasis ,dephlogisticate, alleviating pain, stopping bleeding, promoting urination, alleviating itching, detumescencing and promoting wound healing.
