摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下单纯上颌窦自然开口扩大与联合下鼻道“U”字型开窗术治疗上颌窦病变的疗效。方法：通过对67例鼻内镜联合下鼻道“U”字型开窗术疗效分析。结果：67例鼻内镜联合下鼻道开“U”字型窗术，63例治愈，4例好转，治愈率94％，随访2．5年，无复发。结论：鼻内窥镜联合下鼻道“U”字型开窗术治疗上颌窦病变效果显著。Objective To investigte the operative therapeutic effects of U-Shape incision of inferior nasal meatus under nasal endosco fenestration operation. Methods to analyse operative therapeutic effects of 67 patient U-Shape incision of inferior nasalmeatus. Results 63 patient was cured. 4 patient was improvement. The cure rate was 94%. 2.5 year follow- up.no recurrence. Conclusion the operative theerapentic effects of U-Shape incision of inerior nasal meatus was significantly to treatment of maxillary sinus disease.
