摘　　要：目的：为了减少痔术后并发症的发生，促进术后康复。方法：将100例痔疮病员随机分为实验组、对照组，每组50人。实验组按生物心理社会医学模式即按护理程序实行整体护理，对照组按生物医学模式常规护理。观察、比较两组病员术后并发症的发生情况。结果：实验组术后康复效果明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：护理干预对痔术后康复有良好促进作用。Objective To reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications of hemorrhoids, and promote postoperative rehabilitation. Methods 100 cases of hemorrhoids by the time sequence of patient sub-experimental group, control group 50. Experimental group by biological-psychological-social medical model that is based on the implementation of holistic nursing care procedures, the control group according to conventional bio-medical model of care. Observating two groups of patients and comparing the incidence of postoperative complications. The results of the experimental group was better than the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion nursing intervention has a good role in promoting postoperative rehabilitation
