摘　　要：目的：评价曲美他嗪联合常规疗法对不稳定性心绞痛（UAG）的临床疗效。方法：70例UAG患者随机分为2组，对照组：采用常规给予抗血小板、抗凝药物、B受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、钙离子阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及调脂药物治疗；治疗组：在对照组治疗的基础上，加用曲美他嗪治疗4周。观察2组临床症状．动态心电图变化以及硝酸酯类用量。结果：与常规组比较，治疗组在ST段下降幅度改善、总缺血时间、缺血发作次数、硝酸酯类用量减少且有显著性差异（p〈0．05）。结论：曲美他嗪可改善不稳定性心绞痛的临床症状，是一种安全的临床选择。Objection To assess the clinic effect of trimetazidine on unstable angina （UAG）. Method 70 patients with UAG were randomly divided into two groups： control group which was treated with conventional methods; therapy group was added trimetazidine with the basic treatment for 4 weeks. Clinic symptom, dynamic electrocardiograms and the consumption of nitroglycerine were recorded. Results Improvement of ST level , total ischemic time, times of ischemic attack and the decrease of nitroglycerin in two groups show significant difference（p〈0.05）.
