五加生化胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血时间的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察五加生化胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血时间的作用。方法：200例早孕妇女分为两组，观察组于第3天口服米索前列醇600ug后开始加服五加生化胶囊6片2次／d，共4d；对照组于第3天口服米索前列醇600ug后开始加服消炎药，共4d。结果：观察组完全流产率为95．o％，对照组为89．0％，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；观察组治愈率为89．0％，总有效率94．0％，而对照组治愈率为68．0％，总有效率为82．0％，均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。Objective To investigate the effects on the capsule in patients after medical abortion of vaginal bleeding and its duration. Methods 200 early pregnant women were divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group were given misoprostol 600ug on the 3rd day and 6 Wujia Shenghua capsule in addition 2/d for 4 days. And patients in the control group were given misoprostol only for 4 days. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups （p〈0.05）. Abortion rate was 95% and 89%, and cure rate was 89% and 68% respectively, between the former and later. Conclusions Wujia Shenghua capsule is effective in shortening the bleeding time after medical abortion.
