重庆市某公务员人群体质指数与血脂水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析重庆市某公务员人群体质指数和血脂水平动态变化趋势,为健康教育和疾病预防提供科学依据。方法:根据该人群2003年、2006年和2008年共11707人份体检资料,计算人群中超重和肥胖的发生率,并结合血脂测定结果,对该人群营养状况进行动态分析。结果:①该人群的超重率和肥胖率呈下降趋势,女性人群超重率三次测定结果均显著低于同年龄男性人群,2006年肥胖率也显著低于男性人群;②2006和2008年,30岁以上各年龄段男性的血脂异常患病率均显著高于2003年。2008年,30～59岁各年龄段人群血脂异常患病率也均高于2006年同年龄段人群;③50岁以下女性三次血脂测定结果均显著低于50岁以上年龄段的人。2006和2008年,20～59岁女性各年龄段均显著低于男性,60岁以上人群则显著高于男性。结论:超重或肥胖以及血脂异常是该公职人员人群营养健康的重要问题,人们应对健康的潜在危害引起足够的重视。Objective：To analyze the trend of body mass index and serum lipid levels in Chongqing civil servant population.Methods：On the basis of the material of 11 707 physical examinations in the years （2003,2006,2008）,the incidence rate of overweight and obesity,the serum lipid levels and the nutritional state were studied.Results：①The rate of overweight and obesity declined,and the rates of overweight （in 2003,2006 and 2008） and obesity （in 2006） in female were significantly lower than in male.② The rate of lipid abnormality （in 2006 and 2008） in male （30 years old） was obviously higher than in 2003.And the rate （in 2008） was obviously higher than in 2006 （30-59 years old）.③ Serum lipid level in female（50 years old） was significantly lower than that in female（50 years old）.Conclusion：The overweight,obesity and abnormalitiy of serum lipid are an important problem of the nutrition and health in the population.
