摘　　要：目的:研究一种分析肿瘤放疗过程中的体积演化测量与分析的方法,量化放疗对肿瘤的影响,为肿瘤放疗的预后判断提供支持。方法:搜集了5例肺癌和8例宫颈癌在放疗过程中的影像资料,利用ImageJ软件计算不同时期的肿瘤体积。结果:对肿瘤体积在放疗过程中的演化数据进行指数拟合,并对肿瘤体积的演化做初步的分析和讨论。结论:实现了应用ImageJ软件快速准确的测量肿瘤体积,提供了分析肿瘤放疗体积演化分析的方法。Objective： We want to systematically analyze and study tumor changes in the radiotherapy, and quantify tumor＇s variant, then we will give a suggest for cancer therapy prognostic. Methods：There are 5 cases of lung cancer and 8 cases of eerical cancer of CT images data in the process of radiotherapy. We have used lmageJ software to calculate the volume of tumor in different periods. Results： We make the index function to fit data that the tumor volume evolve in the process of radiotherapy, then analyzs and discuss the evolution of tumor volume. Conclusion： Application ImageJ software can quickly and accurately measure tumor volume. We provides a method that analyze evolution of tumor volume in the process of treatment.
